We host a range of events (listed below) from personalised book signings to author talks and interactive lectures. We also run holiday activities in our children's department which are free and suitable for children of all ages. Further details about the events due to be held can be obtained by calling us directly or popping in and talking to a member of staff.

Nicki Will be visiting Borders today signing and talking about her latest book This is the first major study of Cartimandua, queen of the Brigantes tribe in Northern Britain in the first century AD. Little is known about the tribal ruler, who fought off rebellion and civil war and managed to keep her lands when many other British leaders were forfeiting theirs in the aftermath of the Roman conquest of AD 43.
